It doesn’t seem right for there to be cloudy skies, or days of sadness … why doesn’t sadness fall away or evaporate like summer rain? It doesn’t seem right. (And still being very unwell with this heavy flu simply doesn’t seem right either!) Looking for brighter days, brighter skies, and feeling well hopefully soon. Since I am not at all well enough to be taking pictures, presented from my extensive archives …

When we are sick and our defenses are down is when we are most vulnerable to the blues. It shouldn’t be taken lightly and is worthy of a doctor’s visit. One needs to take care of their mental health as well as their physical health.
Love the play on color and tonal value. Hope each day gets better…
Cool clouds!! I love how you played around with the shot to give it three different looks.
Unfortunately, we’ve been having lots of clouds around here lately 🙁 And the forecast for the coming week doesn’t isn’t looking any better 🙁 Plus it’s COLD!! Oh well, guess I shouldn’t complain — at least I don’t have the flu!! Poor you…. I hope you’re feeling better today. Take care of yourself….

Hope the storm clouds clear soon. Fabulous shots!
Archives are good:-) Amazing what different tones do.
Since we need rain here feel free to send your clouds this way. In return, I will send healthy vibes your way to shoo the flu on its way 🙂
Hope you are feeling better soon.
I hope you feel better soon, it’s not much fun being stuck indoors feeling horrible. The cloud photos and thoughts are very appropriate.
Oh, Diane, this really stinks that you go another flu. Get a lot of rest and drink plenty. I’m sending healing thoughts, too.
such poetic clouds…wish I was down the street to bring you some soup…sending healing thoughts from Texas!
You’re right…sunny days all the way!
You will get there (to being well again). Take it slow and easy. The flu can be a hard illness to fully recover from. Depression is common afterward, as is a lack of energy. Be kind to yourself and find small things to smile about – helps you heal quicker! Cloudy skies bring storms packed with energy that renew the world around them.
