One of my morning outings in recent days included a forest walk, time at the beach, and a stop to enjoy a couple horses grazing.
- Listening: to the gentle lapping of the sea, massaging the pebbles on the beach with every ebb and flow.
- Reading: oh boy I just finished The Paris Secret by Natasha Lester and now for book club have begun The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane by Lisa See.
- Cooking: always a variety but last evening was chicken piccata and tonight is my mash-up of roasted yam/onion/bell pepper nachos.
- Making: a list of people to whom I’ll send my most recent photo zine.
- Watching: people walking past through rain streaked windows.
- Grateful for: all of my life experiences which have shaped who I am today.
To you my faithful visitors:
May the sun bring you new energy by day, may the moon softly restore you by night, may the rain wash away your worries, may the breeze blow new strength into your being, may you walk gently through the world and know its beauty all the days of your life.
